1. Nature of Digital Software Licenses

KeyFlow Pro is delivered as a downloadable binary accompanied by an electronic alphanumeric license key. Because digital license keys cannot be physically repossessed once revealed, refunds are governed strictly by the terms below to prevent post-refund license usage.

2. 14-Day Technical Resolution Guarantee

We provide a 14-day refund window from the date of initial purchase under the following conditions:

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

Unactivated Keys: You purchased KeyFlow Pro and have never activated the license key on any computer, requesting cancellation within 14 days of purchase.
Verifiable Defect: You experience a critical, verifiable technical defect that prevents KeyFlow Pro from launching or functioning on a supported Windows 10/11 system, and our engineering support team is unable to provide a working solution within five (5) business days of your ticket.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Buyer's remorse after a License Key has been successfully activated and utilized on a workstation.
Purchases made for unsupported environments (e.g., macOS, Linux, Android, or legacy Windows 7/8).
License keys terminated due to violations of our EULA (such as unauthorized key sharing, reverse-engineering, or tampering).

      Automated License Revocation:

      The moment a refund or chargeback is processed, our licensing server marks the associated License Key as REVOKED. Your local installation will automatically deactivate upon its next server handshake.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email our billing desk at [email protected] with your Order ID, License Key, and a description of the technical issue. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
